Commercial Plumbing Redbridge

At the moment I have only had a consultation, but, after having conflicting and expensive advice from other companies (including some very well known companies) on a complicated boiler, I have finally had a thorough and clear explanation of my different options. Some other companies seem to want to take the easiest option for them whilst making the most money. However, our engineer, Adam, took a lot of time and trouble to explain the different options clearly (to somebody who knows very little about boilers) including best value for money and ways to prolong the life of the existing system. I have yet to have the work done but have already recommended him to neighbours who are having the same issues as so far have been extremely impressed with the service - far better than the others I have approached.

We were desperate, a heating pipe had been struck by my partner whilst carrying out DIY and so we needed an emergency plumber. They came to our aid at the specified time given and even called 30 minutes before arriving. The plumber was very polite and dealt with the problem very quickly. He made sure all the water supplies where back to normal and even checked our heating was working before he left (it was 26 degrees and fairly hot outside!) we were more than impressed and to top it all the work was guaranteed for 12 months, what more could you ask of a company! Very polite phone service and we would definitely use this company again. We would recommend to friends/family ~ Excellent service and reasonable charge rates for call out.

I have used this company to service my gas boiler many times. The back-office staff is very proactive and communicative ref reminders and bookings.The engineers are always friendly and respectful (eg "should I remove my shoes?"). Today's appointment was typical, with the engineer happy to explain what he's doing and offer tips and advice.

These guys are great. They fit you in when is good for you and have a small 2 hour visit window rather than some competitors that will give a 4-5 hour window. They call you only when you need a service update(backpffice staff aren't pushy, in fact they are very friendly and accommodating). The guys that come over are welcoming, clean and efficient. 'Come in and get the job done to save on time so you spend less'. They are professional. Also the phone call is quick. Which is probably the most annoying part with jobs like this.

The engineer who came to our house was extremely polite and well-informed. He diagnosed the problems with our system rapidly and made sensible suggestions, taking into consideration factors such as cost and the age of the boiler. The work was done thoroughly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss and disruption to the household. All round, an excellent service!
